Advertising people

Good afternoon,



I do not know if you can help me but I am after the design and build of a website.



I will set out below the basics of what I require the website to do for me as I do not see it quite in the list of your per determined lists.



1 To drive traffic to the site using social media, face book, linked in, twitter ECT.

2 We require 2 groups of people to come to the site group 1 and group 2 for now.

3 I require a members only section password protected

4 When some one registers as a member for free we receive there details in a data base collecting all the details. (Group 1 people)

5 Group 2 people will fill out a from that the group 1 people will want to look for. The Group 2 people will pay for this form to be on line, once payment stops or runs out the form removes its self.

6 The none members section free for all to look through could also have a little advertising space.

7 I like the idea of being able to be able update and add as I require my self.



This is the basics of how I would like the site to work, is it something that you could help with and at what cost? Also is there any ongoing costs per year for back up and maintenance.
