Advertising Campaign for a range of soft drinks into Australian Market

We are a Start up Australian Based beverage company that will be releasing a new range of soft drinks, being Ice teas, Vitamin waters and Sports drinks under the banner Medina Beverages. We will be the first company in Australia to launch a range of functional drinks without adding any sugar or artificial Sweetners.
We are effectively looking for an agency or individual to come up with our advertising promotional campaign from A-Z with concepts ideas and formulations to a road to success.
Marketing and advertising tools Including to name a few : website,Facebook fan page,point of sale material,posters,stickers,magazines,(health,sport,lifestyle,Industry magazines) You tube ads,billboards,sponsors,product catalogue,Sales brochure,Customer brochure,business cards,letterheads,internet ads and any other kind of online ad promotions available geared for branding and awareness.
The role could easily suit a gifted designer who has had advertising and or Marketing experience. You will need to have an extensive portfolio, especially dealing with FMCG.
