Advertising artwork adjustments

I need someone who knows there way around Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc, to make some changes to some existing artwork for two adverts I need setting live urgently.

One is 55mm by 50mm for a newspaper and the other is a larger design for a roller banner poster for an exhibition.

I will work closely with the successful bidder to get the result I desire, but time is against me, and I don't enough free moments at the minute to complete the job.

The value in the job is pretty small, but if I could find someone with the required skills, I would like to form a relationship with a freelancer who could be my company's go to man for artwork as our previous graphic designer has recently got a full-time job elsewhere.

Show me what you can do, but the project needs completing within 24 hours.

Please note the job should state that this is a fixed price of no more than £45.
