Advanced Excel work

Urgent - I have a spreadsheet that needs a scenario call analysis to create links that when the drop down selection is picked by the user in a single cell then the other cells would automatically change to reflect the related information. The spreadsheet should reflect a professional style and be performed and completed within 5 hours of accepting the awarded project and shall take no more than 3 hours maximum to perform and bill. The spreadsheet will be sent upon award. Please provide your analysis expertise when providing a proposal. Thank you.
