Advanced excel file for recording stock.

I am looking to get an excel file developed
Very straight forward file that will assist with keeping track of stock of medications



I need 2 options ( 2 tabs) :
RECORD ENTRY IN TO STOCK or RECORD DRUGS TAKEN OUT

Tab 1
It should give an option to enter the DRUG NAME , strength, number of ampoules , batch number and expiry date. Only 2 drugs need to be recorded.

Once an entry is placed then the user should be able to dispense that partiular DRUG from the stock. There will only be 3 drugs to record.

When the second tab ( RECORD DRUGS OUT) is pressed then following options.
1. name of client, date used .

the key thing here is that the records should tally.

i.e if the user enters 10 ampoules of Drug A and dipenses 2 ampoules then the record should tally as 8 left. User should be abel to track the stock and dispensing at a future date
