Advance Google Analytics Dashboard Setup

I know and have Google Analytics installed on my site already and can do this myself but too busy.

Looking for someone to with Advance Google Analytic knowledge to

Send friendly weekly Reports to (default account) and added to Dashboard for easy viewing.

Dashboard/Report view to include:
1. Traffic to Website – Unique vs Returning
a. Bounce Rate – related to pages showing Highest to Lowest
b. Number of Returning vs New
c. Number of Goal Completed per week

2. Behaviour on Page (for top pages: Time on Site etc
a. Which pages are not performing (see pages below)

3. Compare how changes in page design/content affected traffic or time on site
(On May 22 , Video length & page design change for the video page.The page was also renamed so need to see what impact change had on bounce rate etc.

There are only 13 key webpages that are tracked that are of interest

Can you do this? If so how soon can this be done? Need completed soon.
