Adobe Illustrator Work: Manual Image tracing and colour matching for poster.

The attached image of a neon sign showing a woman, is going to form the main part of a small A3 poster I am making.

The original image (jpeg attached) is pixilated. I would like this image to be accurately traced with clean curved lines forming closed shapes in illustrator and the colours matched with the original.

The Illustrator file attached gives you the basic template for the poster. The image of the woman sits within a black oval on the A3 page. The black oval size, the scale of the woman and the size and orientation of the text ‘CALL ME’ is not to be changed.
The background colour to the neon is to be the same black as the oval.

I would like the illustrator drawing to be split into 4 levels:
1: Black Oval on A3 Page
2: Text ‘CALL ME’
3: Line Drawing of Woman
4: Colour Matched and filled drawing

I think the woman’s scale has been changed from the original Jpeg to fit the black oval . Check the proportions from the jpeg to the illustrator file before starting tracing. The correct scale is that of the Illustrator file, however the quality of the jpeg maybe better for the tracing. If this is so, correct the proportions of the jpeg before commencing.

A certain amount of creative adding and editing will need to be used in the tracing of the image. The individual pieces of coloured neon have a number of different tones within them. These internal changes of colour will need to form part of the line drawing. As a general rule you can see a type of ‘Coloured Halo’ to the neon. This will mean that a double line will have to be drawn. This internal closed shape will also need to be colour matched to the original. Where the ‘Coloured Halo’ is less prominent you must add the double line using your skill. In the hair the neon colour grading will need to be reflected in the line drawing. Where the neon curls and twists over itself in the hand, arm, shoulder and face, please pay particular attention to the drawing and its colour changes.

Please draw all of the neon present, even the darker more faint red elements in the behind the main neon.

The nose of the neon woman in the original image is too long. In your drawing please reduce the size of the nose by 50%.
