Adobe business catalyst design

Hi,
I'm looking for an adobe business catalyst expert. I'm launching an internet marketing and web design company that is geared toward a specific industry. This job is to build my website (the company) as well as four different templates on BC backbone. This will be an ongoing project because the idea is for me to sell these templates and then come back to you and have you re-skin it according to the customer’s requirements (colors, logos..etc), and add templates as we expand. The site needs to be SEO friendly, so in the bid please mention guidelines on how you plan to achieve that. The four templates need to be unique from one another.
