Hi there,
We are in need of some email support doing, this would be for a small online ecommerce business, we'd be looking for an hour each day or every two days to clear out our email box.
To give a bit of background, I run an online business however at the moment I do this in my spare time, I can manage this aspect of it perfectly fine but finding the time to stay on top of the email box and the customer service side of things I am struggling at.
It would be general enquiries, and we'd typically get 5-15 emails a day. More information regarding the project would be given at a later stage.
