Experience Level: Entry
I have a 42 page word doc (Word 2010) that lists four months of calls for our IT company - there are between 3 and 8 calls per page. One of the columns is called COMMENTS.
I need someone to go through the document and tally up the:
UNSOLVED
RECURRING
NO MONITORING
BAD SERVICE
CALL CLOSED WITHOUT SOLUTION
...etc
Now, the comments will all be different so sometimes it will say "unsolved" or sometimes "not solved", but the comments rarely go above two-three clear sentences and it is always very obvious what the reason is.
I need you to produce an Excel document with the call number and one (or maybe more!) of the above reasons.
For instance, your excel doc may look something like this:
Call # | Reason 1 | Reason 2 | Reason 3 |
001123 | RECURRING|UNSOLVED |NO MONITORING |
045223 | RECURRING|
Really, it's up to you how you present it just so long as it's clear. (You may want to use drop downs or tick boxes...)
I need a tally at the bottom showing me the total number of all calls and the total number UNSOLVED, RECURRING, NO MONITORING, CALL CLOSED WITHOUT SOLUTION, BAD SERVICE.
I am happy to have it back by Monday 9am.
