Admin project. Amazon Marketplace exp v helpful. Highgate 1st meeting then remote.

We sell quite a bit on Amazon Marketplace through their Fulfilled by Amazon system and have recently discovered that there have been quite a few examples where customers have returned our products to Amazon, Amazon have refunded customers but not returned the stock to us. When this happens we need to alert them to it and they reimburse us for the lost stock - but the onus is on us to spot these errors.

I'm looking for someone who can come to my office in Highgate, N6, North London (near Highgate tube on the Northern Line) so I can go through the methods I've come up with to try and spot these errors and then submit the relevant claims to Amazon customer service. Once you've been trained you can work remotely with perhaps another meeting on site to check progress.

The work will be done in Google Docs so we can follow the progress easily.

I've estimated this work at 10 hours - it could be more - it could be less. These 10 hours can be done at whatever time you wish spread across a week if need be.

Ideally you'd have experience in Amazon Marketplace - if so please let me know what describe this experience.

Please also describe any other projects where you've had to show great attention to details.
