Adjust 5 images to fit a slider

I purchased some stock images for a web shop I'm setting up. I thought the images were big enough to fit the slider, but it hasn't worked out. The slider size im looking for is 1920 x 500. I'm guessing the images might need a little manipulated and tight cropping to work to that size.
