Addtions to a free radius server

I would like some changes made to my radius server which has been built using free radius. I would like a free sign up where the user details are held in a database at the moment all I can get is a report on those who have made credit card payment through a secure server. I will run this for a week and then contact possible applicants and I'm sure for the right person their is more they can do for me.
