Adding and modify page on existing website

i have a website. I want to add page similar like FunStuff and JOBs from studentbeans.com. Page are Pics,Videos,student101,the best of. Except for Games page. For the video page is simply a gallery of video that already uploaded on u tube.

I also want to add page for Education & Training and its subpages(except for Budgeting and study tips) from studentedge.com.au.
The pages must be cms and easy for admin to add and edit pages

I also need to modify the home page. the admin must be able to change tthe homepage slider without touching the code. I also need to add logo for partner at the bottom of the website
We require someone that can build it from scratch with a simple yet attractive design
