Adding a feature to my website

I am looking for someone to edit the script that my websites runs (http://www.watchtvandmovies.net) the script allows plugins to be added and they look fairly simple. I need plugin that creates a user system to my script, I want members to be able to comment on movies and tv shows and then it display the comment and the users username linking to there profile on my site instead of having to use an external commenting script.

I would also like member rankings with badges, the more ratings and comments members make through my site the higher rank they get.

and finally the "what's happening" feed on the bottom of the homepage, I would like to replace that with a custom built forum that shares the same user database as my current website in turn avoiding having to make my members register to a forum within my website, I would also like the user rankings to appear in the forum.
