Add SQL Database to existing Excel 10 Workbook

I have an Excel 10 Workbook that controls my Phone Repair business. Its quite basic at present but I intend adding loads of other bits as time goes on. I need to change the (effective) database from an Excel 10 Table to a proper MYSQL database mainly so I can have multi user capability.
Also I currently use Macro's to print reports and labels. Unfortunately Excel is no good at allowing Printer Selection (i.e. automatically changing from Printer 1 to Printer 2 depending upon the Print Selection). Any advice or solution to this will help me make my choice of developer.
This will be an ongoing project with further work in the future.
