Add read more button to Featured Posts.

Hello, the wordpress site we need help on is currently creating pages by a system called template builder. One of the features allows you to show your latest posts on the home page but doesn't include the read more tag.

We need to somehow add a "read more" button underneath the posts.

This wil be done via php. Please see examples of the sytsem template builder and how it appears on the homepage.
