Add pages to wordpress site

Here is what I would like to add to the site, I would have done it myself but I do not have the time and I need it urgently:
You need to come up with the content and then create the pages on this site: www.certisinc.com - if you do not know how to create page then bid for creating content only. but be clear.

1- A career page to allow resources to submit their resume – Oman sections and USA section (speak well about our company to attract new individuals)
2- Under the CAREER menu add another page about education Scholarship Opportunities in Oman
3- A Board of Directors page. This page will be under ABOUT US. The following 4 names once we select a bidder I will provide liked in profiles for the individuals.

if you do not have a portfolio then you will not be selected.
