Add mandatory new fields - Joomla/Opencart development

Wish to add a new row of 8 fields to Opencart.

Dont want the fields to appear on all products but just for 1 pre-specified product.

Fields are either text fields or drop down menu fields. Each field label to have "help text" hover over function.

If the quantity of a product selected was for example '5' then 5 rows of 8 fields will be displayed. Please note that typical quantity can range from 1 to 30 items (so will require upto 30 rows of fields).

Admin
Upon a sale the extra data collected needs to be stored as a csv/spreadsheet friendly file alongside the related product in the admin/sales/order/view section.

The Opencart version is 1.5.1.3 and uses Joocart to integrate it within Joomla CMS.

Therefore field checking will require Joomla knowledge as well as Opencart.

Project to begin immediately.
