Add drop down menus to the template of my Wordpress site

Description of every page: Hello, my website is www.stuffocation.org, and I would like to do 4 things:

1. Drop down menus on the home page

2. Make it social
I want to include more social media elements. i.e. have live stream of what's being said on Twitter, & enable people to like on Facebook etc.

3. Quiz
I want to change the quiz so that people tick boxes, & they then automatically get a score - & they are told where they sit compared to other people, i.e. are they in the top 20% of suffocated people. Ideally, make this shareable - to the person could automatically tweet: I'm 80% suffocated!

Ideally: enable them to compare themselves with their friends… perhaps challenge their friends?

4. I want to be able to blog.
The website was set up in a hurry & I'd now like to be able to post articles on a blog. I don't want that to be on the home page, rather, on a page within the site a visitor can click onto.
