Adapt three websites for mobile

We have three sites that need adapting so that they have an optimised layout on mobile devices.
The sites have approx 10 pages each.
Currently they look good on desktops, laptops and tablets including iPads. However they look disproportionate on mobile/cell phones.
So we need them adapting so they render correctly on mobiles.
They are on Wordpress so should be quite simple with the right plugin.
