Experience Level: Intermediate
We currently use Sage ACT! version 9.
We need someone to help us with configuring ACT! with Outlook, creating groups, e-mail blasts and setting up templates.
It would also be wonderful (but not a requisite) if you had experience of setting up ACT! with Dial IT.
You should have at least a couple of years experience working regularly with ACT! at Administrator level and be fluent in English (preferably Mother Tongue).
You should also be comfortable explaining things over the phone and preferably also be comfortable working with webinar/screen sharing technologies (eg Go to Meeting, Gatherplace etc)
This is a very quick job for an expert, but if you bid for two hours of your time, I am sure that you can teach us everything we need to know.
