Accounts preparation/bookkeeping

Hi

I am looking for bookkeeper/accountant to organise last years accounts using their own accounting software (any reasonable one not necessarily Sage). I have all sales info and purchases info (receipts/invoices) available but not organised. The volume of transaction is about 300 - 350 per month in total. So the right person would be doing following task:

1. Organize all info.
2. Do 12 months bookkeeping and accounts preparation.
3. VAT advise.
4. Other necessary tasks to close last years accounts.

Once accounts are closed for last year and happy with the service then ongoing work will be assigned to that person for monthly complete financial management of business.
