Accounts Help and Advice

I am working freelance at the moment and wish to set up a Limited Company, and also assistance for this years tax return. I need general ongoing help with accounts.

I have been working freelance since April 2010 and have already sumbitted a return for 10/11 so am looking for help with 11/12 to make sure I am claiming all allowances possible, and assistance with setting up on a Limited Company basis going forward.
