Accounts and tax returns

We are in a complete muddle with our accounts and have received quotes locally that are sky high.
The following is a list of the items we need help with;
PAYE - End of year
Partnership tax returns x2
Personal tax returns x2
Limited tax return
Companies house filing

These relate to june 2011 to April 2012 and the partnership ended 2/1/12 and the ltd started 3/1/12

We are looking for someone to help with the above and help us tie up the ltd company as we stopped trading in November. We need the work to be completed ASAP as we are incurring fines for lateness.

We are also looking for someone to continue with us after this has been completed on a new business too.
