Accounting Mess needs sorting

I have started small business a couple of years ago & since this is my first business, I need help in sorting out my accounts & obligations in terms of corporation tax returns (possibly couple of years) & bringing books upto date making year end adjustments & update journals. I have done most of bookeeping myself (some might be wrong) & have been completing VAT returns using Quickfile, but this year I plan to organise my accounts to get organised. I also need advise on PAYE, as I dont take any salary from the company, & need advise on my personal tax advice & how should I proceed in my current situation. The business hasn't done lot & made any money, & I have been living off my savings. So I am on a shoe string budget. Need somebody who can do intelligent stuff & I can do the routine chores.
