Accountant with a practicing certificate (PC) in the UK to check and sign accounts for an NGO

I run a small not-for-profit organisation called Volunteer East. We are very new and have very simple accounts to check. We have no other possessions or liabilities. It should not take longer than half an hour or so to check the balance sheet.

I need someone who is an accountant with a practicing certificate in the UK to do this. You would need to check the accounts (I can provide details e.g. bank statements), write a short report and sign. Then you would need to post two copies to me. If you are based in London, I can pick them up from you.

I also need a little advice on the report I need to write as the Director of the company and the balance sheet I need to send off.

Since we not-for-profit, I cannot unfortunately pay very high amounts, but I will consider any reasonable offers that fall within our budget.
