Accountant to write a Letter to Creditors

Hi all,

Following advice, we are looking to liquidate our LLP and are looking for an accountant to write one letter to two of our creditors on our behalf informing them of our inability to pay them (there's only two - full details will be given) and to advise that we have no assets and that due to our inability to pay fees associated with the liquidation, should they wish to do liquidate the company they will need to begin the proceedings themselves.

Technically two letters will be sent, but realistically it is only one letter but to two different recipients. We require the letter to be drafted and then sent by the accountant/accountancy firm on our behalf. It doesn't have to be a long letter so it shouldn't take longer than an hour or so to prepare - all necessary information will be provided.

This may lead to further work as we will likely need assistance preparing our accounts ready for the closure of the company.
