Account system login/registration in PHP required.

Currently I am building a new website for a new website hosting business.

Currently the home page design is done and there is a whois script ready to be implemented.

The job I am posting is for a PHP developer to basically modify the whois script and its registration form to do a few basic things. An account system will need to be made to so the customers can log in on the front page.

- Develop the whois script and its registration form so on registration and successful payment to then make an account for the user on the website.

- Once payments gone through and the domain name/website hosting is set up the account will need to automatically be made and the username and password be emailed to the user.

- An admin area to edit any user information needs to be made to administer all users on the website.

- Emails need to be sent to the user confirming registration of their domain name and that their hosting will be set up.

- Emails need to be sent to the administrator to confirm that a new user is registered and the hosting package and domain they have ordered.

Basically... the design is there... just need a php developer to do the nuts and bolts.
