Account/sales Manager - (Outbound Call Center)

PA Everyday, a Global Offshore Outsourcing Company in the Philippines, is looking for a client relationship manager (and sales exec) to close inbound leads and manage the relationship from end to end.

Our clients are small-to-medium North American service based businesses that engage us as a cost effective outbound call center.

We are seeking someone with the following experience:
- Outbound sales
- Inbound sales
- Call centre
- Account management

Your goal will be to close 50% of all inbound leads that we provide you. You will then assist the customer in setting up their campaigns and you will chat with them daily about the campaign progress. Your central point of contact within PA Everyday will be the Call Centre Manager (based in the Philippines) who will be running the operational aspects of the campaigns.

Ideally you will have had exposure to the the call centre environment and know how to structure campaigns for clients, from high-level strategy to the creation of scripts and campaign metrics.

We are looking for someone to work approximately 20 hours per week, with a breakdown of about 4 hours per day.

You will be tasked with building a client portfolio of 40 seats (40 agents in our center) in the space of 2 months. You will be provided 10 warm leads per week.
