Account manager / project manager / financial person

We are looking for someone to support our project in terms of record keeping on the financial side as well as reporting back the essential figures to us.

We are producing SEO articles for a UK company and our team has grown to 25+ people. We need someone to help manage the financial aspects of the project so that we can stay focussed on what we do best.

We need someone who is capable of gathering information from invoices, PayPal accounts, Wordpress and Wrike (the project management software we use) and pulling this together to work out:

1. How many articles have been written this week
2. How much money has been spent on articles
3. How much has been spent on admin
4. Any other costs for the week
5. Total costs for the project

This will need to be done weekly, preferably on a Monday, and reported back to myself (as PM) and my employer.

Please don't apply to this post unless you think you can competently carry out these tasks with minimal supervision or guidance. We havent got time to hand hold anyone on this, so we need a self starter who we can simply give various log in details to and then get back the required information each week.

My client is budgeting around £8ph for this job. I have no idea how long it would take but hopefully once you have got into the swing of it, it wouldnt be more than a few hours a week.
