Account Manager (Call Center Industry)

PA Everyday, a Global offshore outsourcing firm working with the SME market, is looking for an account manager to win new business and nurture client relationships. The PA Everyday outbound call center is seeking an experienced call center team leader/manager to work with leads, find the best solution for them, and then assist them in creating their outbound strategy. You will then work wit our Philippine-based call center manager as we execute the clients campaign(s).

Ideally you will have worked within a call center at the team leader or manager level. You will understand the metrics, how to create campaigns and how to manage clients expectations on a daily basis.

You will receive a percentage of revenue for your client portfolio each month. PA Everyday will be aggressively marketing via Google adwords. As a result, you are likely to receive 20 hot leads a month.

This is close to a full time position and has the potential to provide a very lucrative monthly income at only 40 agents (each agent will yield an income of $150/month for the account manager)

You will have the freedom of working at home and will link into our office via online platforms and videoconferencing.

The role requires an experienced sales person who also knows the mechanics of the call center industry, or a very bright sales person who who can be easily trained.
