Access Database Project

I am looking for a Microsoft Access developer that can setup an application for asset management. The requirement is to create a number of tables, with many fields on them. Design forms for the data entry and design separate forms for viewing the data.

There are approximately 6 tables and forms in the initial design, with a data selection form.

The requirement is to deliver the application quickly, I need an experienced Access developer to take the requirements, estimate the number of hours for each part and then deliver the results quickly. I need all the work to be completed in 1 week.
