Access database for simple product queries

I need very quickly a relatively simple database that allows input of product ID, Description, a thumbnail image and up to three shape descriptors (eg, round,square, curvy) maybe some notes.
Then I need to be able to search for between one and three of the shape descriptors and it to return a report with the ID, description and image of each entry that matches.
That's more or less it. I'd like it to be very clean and easy, pop up driven to make it idiot proof if possible. There may be a need in the future to make it accessible from the web. But standalone for now will be fine.
