Access Database and Desktop Form

I have a need to develop an access database that is capable of capturing data for call quality standards in a call centre.

The database will hold all of the standards and will allow a team member to put scores against the standards after listening to a call.

The database will need to be able to quickly add new team members when needed and also additional calls, and at the end be able to report on a number of different metrics.

We already have an Excell spreadsheet that does what is required; however, we need this in Access to make it more robust.
