I have written a research paper on higher education (50 pages in length). The paper has plenty of information, and I need a strong writer, preferably with a Masters degree or Ph.D to bring it together.

First, before even starting to write, the paper requires having a clear question in mind and focus.

Second, you would be required to find an analystical framework and write it into the paper. This would be 10 pages.

Then, you would have to reorganize the analysis. In this section, you would have to make the necessary changes to data - either adding or deleting information.

Also, I would expect you to rewrite the research methods.

Finally, it would be important to add recommendations.
