A5 double sided leaflet, A2 poster & banner advertsing a Sport For All day

I require a leaflet (A5 double sided), poster (A2) and banner (8ft x 3ft) advertising a 'Sport For All' day at a Leisure Centre. The event is like an open day so people can come along and see what we offer as well as try different sports.
I require full design (this is to include the designer providing images within the agreed budget) as well as unlimited amendments until the design is complete. The time frame is to have all the designs signed off by 24th May.
I have attached a copy of a previous leaflet which we did for a similar type of event
