A wordpress calculator in the admin view that posts league tables on the front end

Firstly we have a deadline of 2 weeks to complete the job. We require a calculator in the admin view of a wordpress blog which once a user has signed up / logged in they will enter their weight into the first field, the weight of the bar that they have lifted on a press up bench, hit a button to view the result (their "MPI"), and if they hit a save button it saves it into a table within the website MySQL database which would then show a table on the front end of the website displayable as an "overall" table as well as tables for each weight division.

Is this something that you would be able to start very soon?
