General Website

The website will sell clothes from individual brands. It will need all the features of an average commerce website with a lot more features incorporated.

Customer login

Customers will be able to sign up and create and account with the site. this account will save all of there details so they can make purchases quickly without having to input there details every time. They will also receive emails from the site such as newsletters.

sellers account

Brands from all over the world will be able to sign up and make an account to sell there products on the online store. They will have to fill out a sellers application form and the form will have to be checked and approved by an administer to allow them to create an account. once the account is created. The seller will be able to upload there products which will just appear on the site. They will also have a sellers homepage which will contain there logo, a small type up about them and all of there products.

Social network integration

The site will contain a lot of social network integration. firstly each sellers home age will have a link to there twitter and Facebook, possibly instgram and tumblr depending on what the brand has. Every product upload will have the option to share this via social network with an image of the product and a short sentence such as "Adidas just uploaded there new skull T-shirt" then an image.

Payment

The website will require card handling for dealing with payments. there will also be the Paypal function available. The website will take 10% of all sales and give 90% to the seller. this must happen automatically before the payment is sent to the seller and the 10% must be sent directly to our bank account and the remaining 90% to the sellers chosen location.

Admin account

There must be an admin account that will be managed by the site. this will allow us to accept or decline seller application forms. Show all the sales that day and the status of the sales, such as paid, processing and shipped. The admin page will also have the power to remove seller account. The home page will also contain a small highly rated banner that will get changed automatically daily with the best selling products throughout the site.

Automated emails

The site will send out a lot of automated emails such as to the seller to tell them they have made a sale and what the item is and where it needs to be posted. They will also send monthly newsletters to customers etc.
