Hi All,
I need a small stock control, pick & pack application built.
The products coming in total about 60 "Items" in number, each available in 4 "types" (Unisex, Male, Female, NS (Not Specified)) and upto 6 "Sizes" (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) so the Goods Inwards form only needs 5 fields - Item Number, Item Description, Type, Size and Warehouse Location.
The 4 goods inwards tables (Item, Type, Size and Warehouse Location) need the standard add, edit, delete forms in case the number of items increases. I have not provided any screen shots here as all I need are standard screens/forms.
The pick & pack section needs a table to define the contents of 25 different promotional plastic bags. Each bag is available in 3 "types" (Unisex, Male, Female) and upto 6 "Sizes" (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL). The contents of each bag is different but will not exceed 15 items. The warehouse locations are just numbered positions on the shelves, numbered 1 to 100. The dispatch locations are similar.
A "Pick" form is needed so a bag number, type and size can be chosen and the pick list displayed and printed.
I have attached 7 screen mockups and a spreadsheet (as a zip file) to illustrate what is needed.
#1 - Login Screen
Just a login page with a users facility behind it.
#2 - Users Screen
The select box is to be created from the users table in the database.
Add a new user by completing the name, password, type (Warehouse Staff, Administrators, Pickers) and Status (Active, Suspend, Delete) and hitting the "Add/Update" button.
Once a user is added, the select box is re-created from the database, preferably by an AJAX call.
If a name is selected from the dropdown, that users details are displayed in the fields below, for editing if necessary.
#3 - Enter Stock
As each box of stock received by the client is split, the contents are entered for each combination of type, size, etc and the stock inventory is increased.
#4 - Stock Checker
All stock descriptions are used to create the dropdown box. Once selected, all variations of that item are displayed.
#5 - Bag Manager
Each bag will have a name/title. 'Bags' are created by adding the new bag name into the text field and hitting "Add".
Once a bag is added, the select box is re-created from the database, preferably by an AJAX call.
If a bag is selected from the dropdown, that bags current contents are displayed in the fields below.
Having selected a bag by name, the following choices are available:
#5.1 - The complete bag may be deleted by hitting the "Delete" button.
#5.2 - Any current item in the bag may be removed by hitting the red "X" button.
#5.3 - A new item may be added to the bag using the "Add New Item To Bag" dropdowns.
#6 - Bag Picker
A bag is selected, its' title confirmed and the contents displayed. The warehouse staff enter the number of bage required and the name of the 'picker' it is issued to, then prints out the page.
#7 - Confirm Picked
The picker (having logged in) selects the bag title for the bags he/she has just picked, confirms the number picked, notes the dispatch location they have been left in and enters his/her name/ID.
Once the "Confirm" button has been hit, The stock inventory is reduced by the number of items picked to fill those bags.
Permissions
The Admin staff can access all screens, the warehouse staff all screens except #2, the pickers screens 1,7.
Please let me have your bids and estimated delivery time.
Thanks
Gary
