3.sign up
there is a $15 fee(paypal integration)
one picks up his user name(usually business owner's phone #)
4.create his profile which would pops up when typed www.myspace.com/user name(as an example)
5.his email is :user name@myspace.com(as an example)
6.integrate a simple autoresponder by using open source.
7.terms of service, and front page description are ready to provide.

fixed fee should not be more than $200...please do NOT send your generic blah blah blah!!!,please dont waste your time and my time.
