A Simple Flash Banner Animated with Hyper links (slides provided)

I have 5 jpeg slides for a flash banner (size: 468x60 pixels).

I need them turned into a flash banner:
with fade transitions,
Looped,
slides are 2secs each with last slide being 3secs,
URLs to be confirmed for the slides.

There are 5 slides numbered in the order i'd like to see them (please see attached example) - i cant upload more than 3 files. so will message the successful applicant the files by message.

AND: an additional slide called static-slide, which i'd like added to only show as a static image banner if flash is not supported by the users viewing device.
