A simple cloud based CRM

Please read the below job description carefully and submit your quote or estimate.

*** JOB SPECS ***
I wish to make a WebApp that will be a CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

*** My vision is to have the World’s Simplest and Most Elegant CRM ***

I will name it Albert (after Einstein).

My CRM will be very:
- elegant and simple
- fast and robust
- have VERY few features

It will be basically like a stripped down version of www.Highrisehq.com

If you are not familiar with how Highrise works, you MUST become familiar with that particular CRM before I award the job to you. Please sign up for a free account and explore it thoroughly:

Basically the CONTACTS and TASKS will be the main features of my App and will perform EXACTLY like HighRise.

Note, my webapp will NOT have: DEALS, CASES or SEARCH NOTES functions

Also note, users will ONLY be able to enter text. No html, no attachments, no file uploads.

Also there will be ONE user per account only, NO collaboration. I just want it simple, elegant and fast.

Your job is to:

- Make the necessary UI’s. You will make in Photoshop (or similar) first for me to approve design. The UI will need to be VERY attractive, elegant and user-friendly.

- Make all the coding of course. The code MUST be clean and robust.

- I will have 1 payment options (Free & Paid). You will implement this via the www.2checkout.com API (if you have a better service I am willing to review it)

- You will make a very simple Tell-a-Friend webpage (you can re-use code from my last app if you wish. It's in Php)

- You will install on my server, and you will be ready to handle any bugs VERY fast for the first few months after launch

- I will need a simple Admin site to track growth: i.e. number of signups (which package they are on), etc. and also to manage users (pause/unpause/delete accounts).

- You should also be fluent in English and available to speak to me throughout the development process.

- The app should work on IE7,8,9, Chrome, FF, Safari and Opera and iPad too.

NOTE: I am flexible on time, but I am EXTREMELY demanding on quality. I want my users to have a BRILLIANT USER EXPERIENCE.

The webapp MUST be:
- virtually instant (users click a button and instant response)
- very robust
- And the database and passwords must be totally safe from hackers.
- Please provide me with a price for the project, and an estimate for the time.

Also, I want you to specify the following:
* How you will handle and store user passwords. What method?
* What language will you code in? Will you use any framework? What one?
* How do you prevent SQL injection in your code?
* How easy will it me to add modules/features later?
* What's your hourly price for additional work?
* Please provide me with details of your experience with CRM's



*** STAGE 2 ***
Please provide me a fixed price to make a “.m” version of the app for smartphones (browsers based). The .m version should work on the majority of smartphones: iPhone, Android, Blackberry (in the browser).
