A script for a Disney-type cartoon produced from an existing concept

The project is to produce a Disney-type animation to be entered at Cannes, even though finance is limited. Notwithstanding that the writers and producers need to earn a living, the overall object of the exercise is to raise funds for charitable purposes. Producing a working script of the highest quality is key... I have attached a file containing extracts from the novel, Splinters, which will outline the concept for the animation, and an audio version is available. I prefer to negotiate the fee based on the writer's CV. The job could be managed remotely, but I would need to meet the writer.
