A report documenting possible sources of funding for a tech start-up.

We'd like some advice on where to source funding, preferably grants, to help get my tech startup off the ground. We have full time jobs and it's a real struggle finding the time/resource to get the ball rolling. I know the government are keen to support new tech companies, particularly in London/Shoreditch. I'm looking for someone to really take hold of this work and give us some quality advice. We need someone with experience of winning bids and/or sourcing funding for either their own or a clients company. We would like to form a long term working relationship with you in order to really kick start (pardon the pun) our project. As well providing advice on the potential sources of funding you will also need to understand how to construct a bid and how to 'sell' our idea. I will attach more details on the company soon. In a nutshell, it's a jobsite that is geared towards the job seeker, rather than the recruitment companies. It provides a variety of useful tools for managing your career and it includes genuinely innovative features (some of which are still under development).
