A professional design cover for a report

We produce motor vehicle reports for use by Solicitors/Insurance companies. One of the reports we produce is a big document and we need a nice front cover for it. It currently is a word docu with our logo on nice and big! Not very professional. Its a locus report - which is basically a full colour report includes a useful description of the locus, including speed limits, topography, street layout, road markings, measurements and road furniture (lamp posts, seats, etc), aerial photographs and a sketch plan.

Is this something you could do? Ive attached a couple of variations of our logo. It mainly goes on email but is sometimes printed and posted out.
