A nicely designed brochure type website in wordpress

I'm looking for a well designed wordpress website - brochure style but I want to have full control over content. I want someone who understands SEO as this website needs to perform well.
I need simple navigation, a nice slide show type design on front page so that offers and information will change as the viewer looks at it (and I need to be able to change these images periodically). The company is a janitorial, nursing home and catering supplies distributor - main clients being local authority and nursing homes
