A forum page created on my site

To create a brand new forum page on my site: www.partymouth.co.uk

Forum button on the home page in the navigation
new page but use existing themes and colours, buttons images etc
Usual forum set up with, discussions, generic icon next to discussion name, topics, replies, latest reply, date etc
signed up members being only able to post, comment, add photo etc
2 x 1 column set out, widths like http://www.partymouth.co.uk/venues/London/London
integrated into the back office so can start new discussion, moderate etc
Forum to go in left hand column
right hand column for advertising blocks, facebook like plugin, Twitter feed pluggin
