A few fixes and quick changes

I need a couple of errors fixing on my website. The website has been built with php/smarty.

I asked a freelancer to add some graphics for me and they have done more harm than good!

I am getting this error when i try to log into the admin:

I would also like to get this error fixed:

Fatal error: Call to a member function GetCart() on a non-object in /hermes/waloraweb018/b1267/moo.organicgrowshopcouk/cart.php on line 31

I desperately need to change the meta data too as right now some of the pages are missing this. It would be good if you could show me how to edit this for future changes too.

I would also like to make a change to the footer image so that it stretches to fill the full width of the screen.
