A business plan for my Startup project

I am a Saudi young man started my podcast network "online tv" in 2007 and now I want to present the project to investors and VCs but I need a professional business plan therefore I need someone to do it for me.
The project is basically to build studios for my Channel and invite podcasters in the area to use them based on some agreement I have explaned in a document gonna send it to the person who will write the BP for me. And I have another project in the same company to provide number of services offline and online.
